1. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. Product images are for illustration; actual product may vary slightly.

2. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments. For UPI orders, payment must be completed before dispatch. COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping charge is ₹50. Free shipping on orders above ₹500. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food/health products, we do not accept returns once opened. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Health Disclaimer

Our products are Ayurvedic wellness beverages and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kashipur, Uttarakhand.
