1. Cancellation Policy

We at Ayursrishti Wellness LLP strive to provide the best service to our customers and offer a flexible cancellation policy.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of:
    • Suspected fraudulent transactions
    • Incorrect pricing or product details
    • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

2. Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not been shipped, you can request cancellation by contacting us:

Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.

3. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • It may take an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Returns, Replacement & Refunds

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic consumable products (like juices), we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Return/Replacement is accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong product delivered

5. Return Request Process

You must raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery. Steps:

  1. Email us at ayursrishtiwellness@gmail.com
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Clear images/videos of the product (including packaging & batch number)
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

6. Pickup & Verification

  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 4–7 business days.
  • Refund/replacement will be initiated only after product verification.

⚠️ Product must be returned with:

  • Original packaging
  • Seal intact
  • Labels & barcode

7. Conditions Where Return Will Not Be Accepted

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or opened
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged
  • Request is made after the allowed time period
  • Product was purchased under special offers/free gifts

8. Refund Timeline for Returns

  • Refund will be processed within 2–5 business days after product verification.

Refund Modes:

  • Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer (details required)

9. Partial Returns

  • If your order contains multiple products, you can return individual items (if eligible).
  • Free gifts (if any) must also be returned along with the product.

10. Refund Policy (Special Cases)
